The Challenge
The goal was to extend the Gamer Supps brand beyond traditional apparel and print into high-end lifestyle products and interactive equipment. This required adapting the brand’s signature aesthetic to complex, non-traditional surfaces like mini fridges and full-sized claw machines. The challenge was ensuring that the artwork looked intentional and wrap-around ready, regardless of the unique hardware dimensions or mechanical components.
The Solution
I executed the merchandise design for a variety of specialty items, including fanny packs, branded mini fridges, and custom-themed claw machines. For the larger hardware, I worked within specific manufacturer dimensions to ensure that the graphics accounted for doors, hinges, and glass panels without losing the impact of the illustrations. On the soft goods side, I developed patterns and logo placements for items like fanny packs, ensuring the technical construction of the bag complemented the visual design.
