The Challenge
The objective was to manage and execute a high-volume label system for the flagship powder products, spanning 70+ Energy tubs, 65+ Caffeine Free tubs, and over 20 unique sachet formats. I needed to ensure a seamless visual transition between stimulant and non-stimulant formulas across two different physical tub sizes. The challenge was maintaining absolute brand integrity and technical accuracy across over 160 unique product layouts while coordinating various artistic styles into a unified template system.
The Solution
I acted as both Lead Designer and Production Artist, fully conceptualizing 16 flavors from the ground up, including custom background artwork, logos, and typography. For the remainder of the product line, I functioned as a bridge between creative and production—adapting background artwork from various artists into the master templates. I managed the end-to-end technical execution for every label, including formula-specific ingredient panels, unique barcodes, and regulatory compliance, ensuring every file was production-ready for large-scale manufacturing.
